There are A LOT of new features in this release! Most of the code has no more than a few days, so check it out if you don't need a stable version.

Some of the things that have been added:

* New support for two databases:
o Sqlite
o Filesystem (read/write directly on files, no database needed!)
* New installation procedure
* Administrator login/logout
* New administration panel. New graphics, new style, new code.
* Title and description replace in articles and category pages

Added rss page and rss block.
