Hi,
Related to https://sourceforge.net/p/keepass/feature-requests/2585/,
I suggest to change the plugin's description in a way that includes the possibility to perform more than "auto-type".
Reasoning: I was looking for the ability to quick-add a window name if no auto-type match was found (now using this plugin's edit entry function) and ignored the suggestions for this plugin in the thread above first, because I was certain the plugin only does auto-type (as the description indicates). The description is wrong; maybe change it like this:
This plugin provides a quick searching capability as an enhancement to the global auto-type system. If a global auto-type is requested, but no matching entry for the active window is found, this plugin will show a quick as-you-type search window which lets you easily pick an entry to edit or auto-type.

No, that's maintained by Dominic (KeePass author), not me, and I don't think he wants big descriptions for each plugin.
Okay, thanks - For me it matters as it is the only place I look to read what a plugin is about. That's why I included the very short description (change) above.
