Thank you for your kind reply. That's a reasonable workaround; but a option might be a nice addition through the UI.

This is not possible through user interface for now but you can share AutotextRules.xml file that is located in program Configuration folder(e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoText\Configuration\AutotextRules.xml). This file contain all your Autotext entries.

Please consider an option to Export and Import a bundle of Autotext shortcuts. This would make it easy to share groups of abbreviations.
