I'm still working on the docs-- I'll have those rounded out this week. What you need to get set up is there already, if you look for it.

I'll also be adding scripts to simply command line interraction with the load balancer.

I've got it built and running on httpd-2.2.0 with only a couple slight modifications. Note that it is extremely difficult to build a working 2.2 on the same system that's running 2.0. I got around this using FreeBSD jails.

The main branch will now be for httpd-2.2 integration. The branch tag for httpd-2.0 is "REL1_AP20".
