First beta release

astyleclipse is released as beta version, it works under eclipse 3.2, one preference page is added to set "ansi/kr/linux/gnu" style as astyle used.

The core engine is astyle 1.14.1 java porting, plan to be migrated to latest astyle version

It doesn't work under eclipse 3.1 now, and other options are not supported yet
