When trying to access the default.asp page, I get
forwarded to a setup.asp page that doesn't exist. I'm
assuming that this is due to the fact that I can access
the right database tables, but is there a setup.asp page
that can be loaded into cvs?

a database will be uploaded soon that should resolve those
issues.
As a more long term solution, setup.asp will be provided, just
not now.
