Need to fix,

1. detect valid sdc and q24 (2dd) file to stop out of memory
2. cutting up sdc files (raw output)
3. reading laser file (sdc/q24/2dd) file in attitudeCorrect if past starttime too large.
4. Setting timestamps with options format (with/without T)
