annie / News: Recent posts

Since around November 2003, Ondrej Pacovsky has been working on new features in annie (quite a few of them, I might add), while I (Asim) was just sitting around. So from now on, Ondrej is pretty much in-charge of the project. See "What's New" on the annie homepage for details.

New release allows you to interface with Matlab's Neural Network toolbox and adds support for Hopfield Networks, and ofcourse fixes bugs.

This interface with Matlab is pretty exciting. You can use C++ to generate training sets and then export them to Matlab.

Then use the advanced features of Matlab's toolbox to train the network and monitor training progress before exporting it back so that you can use the trained network in your C++ applications.... read more
