If the windows installation has more than one partition the installer may install it to a different one than the C one.
Note: In this case both partitions were on the same hard drive.

This bug has been confirmed
For some reason, when AMFPP for Windows is installed when there are more than 1 hard drive/partition on the system it will skip installation on the C:\ Drive.
