Alefonizer is a library that helps developers to render Arabic on Android devices that dont support Arabic. Alefonizer can deal with multi-line String .. but you need to go over more steps ..

How to import .jar into project:
1- in eclipse, add Alefonizer_1.1_b002_binary.jar as external jar to your project
2-check this lib to be exported with your project under Order and Export tab.
