#8 Wrong doctype link

The link in the doctype declaration is wrong under Ubuntu (and Debian probably too):
Correct one is:
<!DOCTYPE book PUBLIC "-//Norman Walsh//DTD DocBk XML V3.1.7//EN"
"/usr/share/xml/docbook/schema/dtd/4.1.2/docbookx.dtd" [
At least this fixed my problems with jade not compiling to html
