have released version 1.1.3 of akdaemon. now is showing some signs of using autoconf/automake

An initial release has been posted for download. I'm going to get cvs setup in a couple days and begin work on getting automake/autoconf setup with the package. You need the QT libraries to compile the graphical config utility, but you don't need that to use the daemon itself. As of right now the damon relys on the kernel patch (read the README file), but after some thought I will make this optional via a child process that will be able to process Xkey input.
