#3 Error editing partition name of a Linux data or swap partiti

- Error editing partition name of a Linux data or swap partition after F10 to enter setup

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
AiR-BOOT 1.06 encountered "LOAD ERROR" fatal message trying to edit the label of a Linux data or swap partition

MY ACTIONS LEADING TO PROBLEM:
Upon booting AiR=BOOT 1.06, I pressed F10 and entered setup. Selected "Partition Setup".
Scrolled down to a partition that was Linux Ext3 format, but data only, no GRUB or other partition boot code. I pressed the Enter key to edit the partition label.
Message "LOAD ERROR" appears, normally in upper right corner of screen (but sometimes overlaying text in the middle of screen).
Same error if I try to edit the label on the Linux Swap partition.
