New maintenance release that fixes many old build complaints and makes the package compatible with gcc 4.4 and glibc 2.9.90

Release 1.2.1 introduces a new feature: midi export of sound resources. Nothing else is changed.

This release fixes two major crash bugs and, at the same time, adds support for the formerly unknown AGI commands 170-181. LSL1 can now be successfully decompiled and compiled again.

The release also includes line number display for logic editor and a nice, printable template for drafting AGI picture with a pencil: http://agistudio.sourceforge.net/help/agi-pic-template.pdf.

Syntax highlight for logic editor, context sensitive help for AGI commands, more robust parser, priority color display for picture editor and quite a few usability enhancements.
