Ag is a fast, scriptable anagram generator that makes it easy to find *interesting* anagrams. Also includes powerful pattern matching features for fans of crossword puzzles and games like Wordle or Scrabble.
Features
- The desktop app runs on macOS (10.11+), Windows (7+) or Linux (GTK 2.x).
- A command-line version (called agc) is also included.
- Supports non-English languages (Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish).
- Create your own lexicons from text files (must be UTF-8 encoded).
- Both Ag and agc are scriptable using Lua.

Only app that lets me use my own dictionary. v1.4 is easy to navigate and fast.

I have written my own 'word search' and 'anagram' finder in perl that I use a lot, but this now takes the biscuit. Pulls in so many words and is very fast. An excellent program, recommended to all crossword and scrabble lovers everywhere. Top notch.
