#2 Run Programs does not seem to be working

I have been using the dialer for over a year and decied to
have it run a script when it connects to send a
message to everyone on my home network that I have
connected... as I am sharing my connection.
It does not seem to do the script. I am using AutoIt
to do the script. It is an executable file that
Autoit created and I am trying to run the
AutoIT exe files. One on online the other on hangup.
<tells them when I connect and disconnect>
I use the run command in windows to run the
exe files it works fine.
I am running Windows 98 1st ed.
