You might want to also look at the script antsRegistratonSyNQuick.sh. You can use the rigid option -t r and it will print to the screen the actual antsRegistration call.

You need to include a similarity metric with -m, smoothing with -s and levels with -f. The smoothing and levels need to match your arg to -c, eg -f 8x4x2. See antsRegistration -h
