what pins of the VGA connector https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VGA_connector AdvanceMame uses for 15KHz ?
In particular for sync: only pin 13 is used as composite sync? or 14 (vsync) + 13 (hsync)?
If both are possible (my arcade monitor supports both) see video connector in attachment. is best separated vsync hsync? or only 13 (composite) is used anyways?
