#61 Begin: Mac "edit text" widgets too low under OSX 10.3

"edit text" widgets are not positioned correctly when Adobe Begin
(1.0.20) is run ubder OSX 10.3. All the "edit text" are positioned far
lower than they should, the problem does not seem to occur with other
widgets.

I have run the Adobe Begin (1.0.20) under OSX 10.4 and this problem
does not occur.
