#27 New Game Window Sanity

This makes it so that if an opponent is already selected when
making a new game, the account on which the game will default to
being played will be set to one of the correct protocol. That way,
when I try and play the_tick in a game over jabber, it won't default
to use an AIM account, but a jabber one, as long as I was already
talking to the_tick.
