#26 More contact list window handling

I've added 2 options to the contact list and the window positioning

This patch allows the contact list to:

-be displayed only below all other windows only when Adium is not
the frontmost application.
-be displayed only below all other windows only when the contact
list is not the key window.

A couple things with this patch:

• Mixing Small and Mini controls is against the HIG; the second menu
  should be Small like the first one.
• Would it make sense to allow those new options when "Always on Top"
  is selected?
• Instead of using 'magic numbers', use the constants created by the
  typedef enum - so instead of '2', 'AlwaysOnBottom', and so on.
