Adeps Trainer is a java mobile application for mobile phones and Handheld.

What is it used for ?

Adeps is the Beglian (Walloon) administration for physical education and sports. They created a program to help people training and allow them to run on long distances.

I wanted to try that program but a stopwatch was a bit hard to use so i decided to create a small java application that can be run on my mobile phone that tells me when to run and when to walk
