#15 Auto trade numbers

auto trade doesn't subtract from traded totals.
also when markets are destroyed auto trade should only sell/buy allowable numbers

The auto-trade works pretty well as it is now. What would
happen if you auto-traded your max, but when the turn began
you saw that you needed to buy food? You'd be out of luck
until next turn. If this is fixed, then there should be a
warning TWO turns in advance to warn you you'll run out of
food.
