#45 RC2 Windows Ev Srv Prop bad Start dir.

The RC2 windows install seems to have a bogus directory listed
in the "1 - Event Server" properties (the link at Start / Programs /
Access Grid Toolkit / Venue / 1 - Event Server). This does not seem
to affect operations but prevents a resultant shortcut from being
changed until it is fixed.

The "Start in" field for "1 - Event Server" is C:\ag\doc\ which is not
a valid directory (\ag\docs is). But all the other entries have a blank
"Start in" field so I suspect this one should be blank too (and it seems
to work with this blanked out).
