#30 extra "page" in linux installation

When I'm installing either of the linux machines, I get an extra page of menu options. It occurs
between points 4 & 5 of the linux installation instructions. The screen says "What type of media
contains the packages to be installed?", and the options are hard drive or local CD-ROM.

My linux machines happen to have SCSI cdrom, so I'm guessing that's the difference. I don't have
any IDE cdrom machines available at the moment to check, though.
