#9 Doesn't compile in modern compilers
I just upgraded from Mageia 6 to Mageia 7 RC 1 and had to recompile due to that readline had been updated from 6 to 7. But when I tried to compile it, I get errors about field_id being undefined. I DDGed it and OpenMandriva has abook as one of the packages requiring gcc use due to that very error. I suppose it's also a problem with newer versions of GCC as well, as Mageia 6's GCC 5.4.0 compiled it fine, but Mageia 7 RC 1's 8.3.1 doesn't.
What's the status of this. Could it be closed?
