Special characters (e.g. German umlauts) in notes titles don't display properly, they get scrambled:
für instead of "für", Göteborg instead of "Göteborg", etc.
I have A-Note 4.2.1 and titles with accents are correctly displayed... until I reboot Windows (Vista in my case).
then 'Noël' becames 'Noël'. I also noticed that character encoding (which I had turned to 'ANSI') always goes back to 'DEFAULT_CHARSET'.

One should use the Unicode version for this, where the problem does not occur. However the reboot issue in the first comment still needs to be checked.
