#45 New note docks on wrong place

Hello!
Using A Note 4.2.1 on W98SE and XP (both German with
German language ini), a new note does not react on the
settings checkboxes to appeare bottom-right. To say,
it does not appear near to the A Note systray icon :-)

Settings margins works as a resolution. But using the
checkboxes only will bring up the new note
(just 'opposite') in the corner upper left.
