Before reading on, note there's scam website under the peace equalizer name. Only this site here on SourceForge is the actual website by me, Peter Verbeek. Peace equalizer is a Windows PC interface for Equalizer APO http://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo. Besides an system-wide audio equalizer on your Windows PC, Peace has an effects panel for balance, crossfeeding, delay, etc., a graph window and much more. In short: Peace is an equalizer and audio mixer for all your PC software on any Windows version from Vista to 11. Your configuration (e.g. EQ, preset, profile) can be saved and activated again by 1 click, hotkey, tray or desktop shotcut. Install by running downloaded PeaceSetup.exe. Equalizer APO has to be installed first. After a Windows update a re-install of Equalizer APO might be needed. Also, all Peace apps have a code signing certificate by Certum, Asseco. 1. If the Configuration Editor of version 1.3.0 and before crashes at startup this app correct this by deleting a specific key of the Configuration Editor registry keys. 2. If the registry keys of the Configuration Editor are messed up it may crash. This app fixes this by removing these keys. 3. If changes aren't applied in the Configuration Editor this app fixes this. 4. If Equalizer APO won't install or its apps won't run it may be that your Windows startup folder doesn't exist. This app creates this folder. 5. If the Voicemeeter link file is removed the virtual devices can't be influenced any longer. This app creates this link file. 6. Remove the annoying error popup of the update checker. 7. Detect non-existing audio devices. 8. Versatile Interface for Benchmarking Equalizer APO by using its Benchmarking.exe tool. Use Vibe to create the following files of your Equalizer APO filter/equalization setup: * An impulse response .wav file, mainly used for convolution by a media/music player or Equalizer APO itself. * A frequency response .wav file by doing a sine sweep. * A response .wav file by using your own input sound .wav file. Vibe can also be used for exporting your equalization from the Peace equalizer https://sourceforge.net/projects/peace-equalizer-apo-extension/ the popular interface for Equalizer APO available here on SourceForge. Select your eq configuration and use Vibe to create an impulse response file. Then use this file in any app with convolution filtering including Equalizer APO. It filters (equalizes) the audio of this app. For instance, HQ Player 4 Desktop is such an app.
