MCPP is a portable C/C++ preprocessor, supporting GCC, Visual C++, etc. Its source is highly configurable and can generate executables of various specs. It accompanies a validation suite to check preprocessor's conformance and quality exhaustively.

basE91 is an advanced method for encoding binary data as ASCII characters. It is similar to UUencode or base64, but is more efficient. The overhead produced by basE91 depends on the input data. It amounts at most to 23% and can range down to 14%.

The Mozart Programming System is an open source implementation of the programming language Oz 3. Oz is a multi-paradigm language that supports declarative programming, object-oriented programming, constraint programming, concurrency and distributed programming as part of a coherent whole.

cline is a command line tool that counts code lines or non-whitespace characters in your project folder. It is designed to recursively find any source file matching specific rules and count the line breaks within that file. You may specify file suffixes to include or exclude as well as regular expressions for code lines that shall be excluded (e.g. to exclude comments). By default a heuristic algorithm skips binary files. You may configure the restrictiveness of this algorithm with command line options.

A self-contained and portable build system derived from the traditional 4.4BSD system. It implements Bourne configure script generation, concurrent building and it can compile IDE project files. It is portable to most operating systems and make flavors.

MDSTk is a collection of 2D/3D image processing tools aimed at medical images. It contains routines for volume data processing (3D filtering, segmentation, etc.) as well as fast low-level vector graphics library for surface and tetrahedral meshing. MDSTk has been forked by 3Dim Laboratory s.r.o. to provide better support and further push its development forward. This project is for homebrew console development tools based on the gnu compiler collection with additional tools and libraries to aid programming each supported console. The windows variants are built with MinGW.
