Myrtle is a simple programmable spreadsheet and statistical analysis software specifically designed for learning statistics. It provides the standard spreadsheet functionality one would expect like multiple tabbed sheets, relative and absolute row and column referencing in formulas, and a large catalog of built-in functions. Functions specific to logic and computer science, mathematics, probability, and statistics are available. Student's can easily create, customize, and update plots and graphical summaries of their analyses. Myrtle offers a unique bookmarking facility which allows students to create and reuse named references to their favorite cell ranges. This can help students focus attention on the important relationships among particular rows or columns of data. Myrtle's graphics and reporting features allow students to report back to their instructors their mastery of course content.

JMCAD is an program for the modeling and simulation of complex dynamic systems. This includes the ability to construct and simulate block diagrams. The visual block diagram interface offers a simple method for constructing, modifying and maintaining complex system models. The simulation engine provides fast and accurate solutions for linear, nonlinear, continuous time, discrete time, time varying and hybrid system designs. With JMCAD, users can quickly develop software or "virtual" prototypes of systems or processes to demonstrate their behavior prior to building physical prototypes. The user builds his system model by selecting predefined blocks from a block library and simply wiring the blocks together. Each block of the diagram performs a function. Users can also create custom blocks in Java and add them to the JMCAD block library. JMCAD is a block diagram language for creating complex nonlinear dynamic systems.

G.A.V. (Graph Algorithm Visualizer) is a tool that visualizes algorithms from graph theory. A step-by-step visualization from each different algorithm allows the user to understand the particular algorithm very easily.
