ThreeTen provides a modern date and time library for Java and is the reference implementation for JSR-310. It includes many of the lessons of the Joda-Time project and aims to standardise date and time concepts in computing. Code now integrated into OpenJDK, this project is archived.

NGX-Translate is an internationalization library for Angular. It lets you define translations for your content in different languages and switch between them easily. It gives you access to a service, a directive and a pipe to handle any dynamic or static content. NGX-Translate is also extremely modular. It is written in a way that makes it really easy to replace any part with a custom implementation in case the existing one doesn't fit your needs. The main part of the library is named core. You can use it on its own, but it is usually a good idea to add a loader to load your translations into your application. You can also extract the strings from your code with the extractor. This makes it really easy to start and maintain your translations. By default, there is no loader available. You can add translations manually using setTranslation but it is better to use a loader. You can write your own loader, or import an existing one.

User-defined internationalized .NET graphical control to facilitate input of numeric values in a text field. Initially, this project is for Windows.Forms forms.

TinyTemplate is a small single-file templating engine in Java. A PHP version is also available. Templates can access the available variables and nested fields/values, format the values dependent on the locale. Conditional statements and loops are also supported.

i18n4java is an I18N framework for Java to change the way how strings are internationalized. This framework is inspired by QT's I18N framework and uses all features of Java's L10N to get a tiny and clean framework which helps to write clean code.

jFuzzyDate is a lightweight java library for formatting easily readable time distances, durations and dates.

The well-known standard C printf() adapted to C++. Integrated into the C++ stream I/O and C++ string environment. The included StrCvt library converts strings and streams between the different C++ character types char, wchar_t, char16_t and char32_t, locale dependent and UTF.
