It is quite useful when you are trying to play country-specific games. Locale Emulator is compatible with the following systems, both 32 and 64-bit, Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Locale Emulator supports 32-bit executables running on both 32-bit or 64-bit systems. For example, if you are using 64-bit WinRAR, you will not see the context menu on a RAR file unless you swapped 64-bit WinRAR with the 32-bit version. IK Analyzer is an open source, lightweight Chinese word segmentation toolkit developed based on java language. Since the release of version 1.0 in December 2006, IKAnalyzer has launched 4 major versions. Initially, it was a Chinese word segmentation component based on the open source project Luence as the main application, combined with dictionary word segmentation and grammar analysis algorithms. Starting from version 3.0, IK has developed into a common word segmentation component for Java, independent of the Lucene project, and at the same time provides a default optimized implementation of Lucene. In the 2012 version, IK implemented a simple word segmentation ambiguity elimination algorithm, marking the evolution of the IK tokenizer from pure dictionary word segmentation to analog semantic word segmentation. -

Starting from raw text to syntactic analysis and entity recognition, Stanza brings state-of-the-art NLP models to languages of your choosing. Stanza is a Python natural language analysis package. It contains tools, which can be used in a pipeline, to convert a string containing human language text into lists of sentences and words, to generate base forms of those words, their parts of speech and morphological features, to give a syntactic structure dependency parse, and to recognize named entities. The toolkit is designed to be parallel among more than 70 languages, using the Universal Dependencies formalism. Written in the Ada programming language, William Whitaker's Words Latin dictionary provides definitions and grammatical analysis of words found in Latin texts. It can deduce the dictionary form of a word based on the form actually found in a text. It can handle Latin words, phrases, or whole files. The dictionary contains some 39000 entries, as would be counted in an ordinary dictionary. This may generate many hundreds of thousands of 'words' that one can construct over all the declensions and conjugations. A few hundred prefixes and suffixes further enlarge the range. These will generate tens of thousands of additional words. An English-to-Latin feature uses the same data to provide the Latin equivalent of an English word. -
