Eleana is a program for manipulating, modifying and analyzing various spectroscopic data, in particular electron paramagnetic resonance spectra. It allows you to import data from Bruker spectrometers such as Elexsys or EMX and data from any ASCII file or imported from the clipboard. The program is under constant development, but already has many functions implemented for spectral analysis. Some of the basic functions include: baseline corrections, filtering, spectral clipping, integration / differentiation, pseudomodulation, filtering, etc. More advanced functions are: Forward / Inverse Fourier Transforms, Hilbert Transforms, Nonlinear Curve Fit, Global Analysis Fit of Multiple Curves, and many other. It is also possible to create your own plugins extending Eleana's functionality.

The ability to tailor the setup accordingly to particular application is an advantage that makes the effort necessary for construction a worthy investment. However, one advantage of using a commercial setup – repeatability and unification, cannot be archived, as every laboratory is developing a specific data acquisition protocol and software. Our Nanopuller software (open ISC license) presented here is intended to eliminate this obstacle. We give access to a program, which with only a minimum effort can be adjusted for vast array of typical equipment.

Auto PHLIP-ML automatically removes extraneous images from CLSM stacks. This iterative operation removes bias in the Otsu threshold calcualtion. Auto PHLIP-ML integrates with the image analysis program PHLIP by automatically creating the PHLIP-ML file.

A collection of VIs for easier interface with basic CANopen client operations such as SDO download, SDO upload and PDO messages. Helper VIs for arbitrary mapping of dictionary objects to specific PDOs are also implemented. These VIs use C-based DLL access to ZLib (https://zlib.net/) and ASCII encode/decode. The VIs and development files are included in this package. You are most likely to be running this from a Windows machine which means that loading the LabVIEW code will generate an error. This is due to the LabVIEW code pointing to the Linux SO instead of the DLL. To fix it, double-click on the CLFN VIs and browse to DLL.

The Laser Control Utility was developed to easily handle TTL communication between any instrumentation and the Continuum Surelight laser series. This is achieved by monitoring a TTL signal via the computer LTP1 port, whose signal is transmitted via RS232 to the laser unit, also used to control basic laser parameters, like pulse divider (laser frequency) and Q-Switch. The Shutter modulation feature allows the user to use the TTL signal to open the laser shutter on demand, controlling the length of the laser pulsed as desired. This method yields reproducible full power laser pulses. The original motivation was to interface mass spectrometer data systems to diverse laser systems. This LabView project includes a Web Service (WS) and website interface hosted by a LabView server. The WS and website allow clients to acquire measurements from instruments remotely in real time, using standard browsers (e.g. iPhone) without plugins.

This is a LabVIEW implementation of the Tic Tac Toe game. Players can be human or AI. The AI has two settings: dumb and intelligent. The dump setting places tokens by random, the intelligent setting plays the best possible move by running a MiniMax algorithm.
