QtiPlot is a user-friendly, platform independent data analysis and visualization application similar to the non-free Windows program Origin.

The Orfeo Toolbox is a C++ library for high resolution remote sensing image processing. It is developped by CNES in the frame of the ORFEO program. More information is available at www.orfeo-toolbox.org It is based on the medical image processing library ITK and offers particular functionalities for remote sensing image processing in general and for high spatial resolution images in particular. Targeted algorithms for high resolution optical images (SPOT, Quickbird, Worldview, Landsat, Ikonos), hyperspectral sensors (Hyperion) or SAR (TerraSarX, ERS, Palsar) are available. Orfeo ToolBox has three main access depending on the category of user: write processing chains in C++ using existing filters or creating new ones, use the OTB applications, which is a plugin-based framework allowing to extend high-level processing chains from various environment ( command-line, QT, QGis, Python....) or use Monteverdi, a software for everyday life image manipulation and analysis.

Pink is an image processing library developed at ESIEE Engineering for research and teaching purposes. It contains implementations of over 200 algorithms for image segmentation and filtering.

DRAMMS is a software package designed for 2D-to-2D and 3D-to-3D deformable medical image registration tasks. Released by Section of Biomedical Image Analysis (SBIA) at the University of Pennsylvania. Some typical applications of DRAMMS include, -- Cross-subject registration of the same organ (can be brain, breast, cardiac, etc); -- Mono- and Multi-modality registration (MRI, CT, histology); -- Longitudinal registration (pediatric brain growth, cancer development, mouse brain development, etc); -- Registration under missing correspondences (e.g., vascular lesions, tumors, histological cuts). DRAMMS runs in command line in UNIX/Mac OS, It accepts Nifti/ANALYZE/MetaImage image formats. It is fully-automatic --- takes two input images, and generates a registered image and (optionally) the deformation field. Surface Defects Analyzer is the project of control system implementation which is used for detecting and measurement of geometric parameters of surface defects based on stereo images processing.
