This project aims to provide a method for listening on a serial port and decode incoming messages from a Galaxy security control panel. The messages are transmitted using the SIA DC-03-1990.01 (R2000.11) protocol. The decoded messages are stored in a database (MySQL) or forwarded by email using ssmtp. Besides just listening for messages openGalaxy can also be used to arm/disarm the panel and much more... This software is still in a testing (beta) phase but has been tested successfully with the following security control panels made by Microtech / Honeywell Security: - Galaxy 18 (Dutch firmware v1.25) with external RS232 box - Galaxy 60 (Dutch firmware v1.07) with external RS232 box - Galaxy G3-520 (Dutch firmware v5.50) (internal RS232)

MQTT-Hyperdash is a fast and efficient dashboard (GUI) for the MQTT framework. It uses the SDL library for graphics rendering, the paho library for communication and the gtk2 framework for user input. The dashboard runs on Linux, but a port to other operating systems is possible. Special features: * Very simple and basic set of base elements. * animated analog input elements, potentiometers. * Fast update rates of 20 Hz are possible. * Easy to use: Each panel/dashboard is configured in a single .dash file. Included are commandline tools to list all topics on a mqtt broker (mqtt-list-topics) and to generate generic dashboard files from the topic lists (hddashgen). Also a highly useful framweork for fast rule engines is included.

This project is about a light controlling system with a 4 RGB-LED channels to run different modes: • autonomously w/o PC performing HSI2RGB transformations and running through the color hues (with dimmable brightness) • remote operated by PC or embedded user software using the provided C++ Software library (based on Boost libraries) • ideal platform for color experiments with your RaspberryPi The system consists of 4 layers: • PCB with Atmel ATmega16 and FT232RL USB interface (Eagle forat) • Firmware for applying PWM, UART communication and integrated colorspace transformations (AVR-ASM) • C++-Software for providing a HTTP-Server, a Dreambox picture grabber and basic light sequence player • HTML5/JavaScript application for remote controlling and configuring the system via Webbrowser Please use the SVN browser for accessing the whole development snapshot and getting an current tarball!
