ESPectre
Motion detection system based on Wi-Fi spectre analysis (CSI)
ESPectre is an open-source motion detection system that transforms ordinary Wi-Fi signals into an ambient sensor capable of detecting movement without using cameras, microphones, or additional radio hardware, making it a privacy-preserving and cost-effective alternative for presence sensing and smart home automation. At its core, it analyzes Wi-Fi Channel State Information (CSI) — detailed measurements of how Wi-Fi waves change as they propagate — to mathematically detect disturbances caused by human movement between a Wi-Fi router and an ESP32 microcontroller, eliminating the need for machine learning or training data to operate effectively. Designed to integrate natively with Home Assistant through ESPHome, ESPectre exposes motion and movement intensity sensors directly to home automation dashboards, allowing users to trigger automations like lighting, heating, or security alerts when motion is detected. -

Fronius data tool for Linux
fslurp is a program to pull the data from a Fronius inverter systems via a serial port connection. It supports both single and multiple inverter systems through the Interface Card Easy and the Fronius Interface Card/DataLogger Box. Fronius Sensor Card devices are also supported. It supports both human-readable and delimited (CSV-style) text output. Sample output can be seen by building project and exercising one of the test simulator targets (e.g. simIFCEasy). It is written in C++ and has been compiled on Linux. -

ISeeWhatYouAreDoing - a tool for remote acces with very! low bandwith.
ISeeWhatYouAreDoing is a useful tool for getting screenshots and executing commands over Tcp/Ip or Ftp. Because it has NO security the Tcp/Ip part shouldn't be used in public networks (Use a firewall! :)). It was designed for easily keeping an eye on what people in your home network are doing and (if necessary) turn f.e. your brother's computer off when he forgot. As said it is able to work on very bad connections. Bin/Bin.zip is the basic package with client and a gui server, Bin/Hidden_Server.zip contains the "serious" version with a useful config.txt, no gui (server should run in background) and uses mainly ftp to get its commands, although you can connect via Tcp/Ip and the client from the Bin/Bin.zip or Bin/Client_Only.zip package. The hidden server has an English readme! For further information about the usage of the program please look at Doc/ or at the readmes in Bin.zip (currently both German, sorry). I hope v0.3.0 will follow till 12/12. -

AIC (Advanced Irrigation Controller) is a computer based control system that has been initially targeted towards controlling irrigation in small to medium size gardens. As the product matures and features are added it is expected to be a fully functional controller used in large scale implementations, green houses and glass houses. AIC platform's in-dependency means it can run on both Linux or Windows XP onwards . A large range of serial boards (as well as usb boards that present as serial devices) are able to be controlled. KMTronic's USB and Serial relay boards are selectable in the configuration menu, other boards can be setup by entering their control commands. Although primarily designed for irrigation you can use AIC to control a large variety of hardware, for example lighting, heating etc It is envisaged that future implementations of AIC will incorporate rules for more complex device control. -
