The PyGE (Python Gutenberg E-text) project is a suite of GUI desktop utilities written in Python to promote and facilitate awareness and enjoyment of works of literature that are available from the archives of Project Gutenberg.

A map of the Earth plotting civilisations as they emerge, expand and are destroyed. Map can be zoomed in (ala googlemaps) to increase level of detail. Time can be sped up/slowed down as needed. Information will be added by users (ala wikipedia).

Xingtu, 星圖, "star map" in Chinese, shows stars with their traditional Chinese names. It can be used in Google Sky to make new discoveries from ancient history. Models based on BSC5 and other star maps are also released.
