Virtual Magnifying Glass is designed for visually-impaired and others who need to magnify a part of the screen. Unlike similar programs it does not open a separate window for the magnification but instead puts a movable magnifying glass on screen.

TFastDIB consists of a DIB class and units with optimized routines for common graphics tasks like resampling, blending, quantizing & dithering, color space conversions, bit depth conversions, rendering primitives, and a collection of filters and effects.

Main idea here is that you can use Nik Plugins stand-alone without officially supported 3rd party host application (Lightroom, Photoshop, Spark, Portfolio). On Windows or Linux. Source code can be compiled natively for Linux or for Windows with Lazarus IDE. The program is dedicated to Ubuntu users, where you can install Nik Collection using wine. On Ubuntu you can either use native Linux version, or native Windows version running via wine. In fact, currently the latter is recommended, because there are some UI glitches related to gtk widgetset if you compile for Linux - the UI looks better in native Windows version (this can be fixed in the future). Even if you use native Windows version on Linux via wine, the app will be aware of wine and will still be integrated with your Ubuntu desktop and will be integrated with supported apps on it, like Gimp, Pinta, Darktable, Nautilus, etc. It will still talk to your shell, and provide all the integration with your Linux.

The project "FD-Method For Solving PDEs" contains the software for solving the nonlinear Klein-Gordon equations (see www.arxiv.org/abs/1203.5979 for more detail). The project "Infinite systems of matrix equations" consists in developing algorithms and software for solving systems of matrix equations. In the present version the project allows one to solve an infinite system of matrix equations which arises in the theory of stability preserving structural transformations of systems of second-order ODEs (see http://arxiv.org/abs/1204.1814). The project "Nonlinear Stourm-Liouville Problems with Distribution Potentials" is developed for solving nonlinear Sturm-Liouville problems with integrable potentials including Dirac delta function. The numerical-analytical method used in the project is called the FD-method. This is an open source software for 3D modelling. Basically it was developed in 2005 as a software support for my master diploma thesis in the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University (Kyiv, Ukraine). For some reason this project has been frozen and finally I defended a master thesis in mathamatics.
