Generate PHP classes based on a WSDL
This package allows to programmatically send request to a SOAP service using PHP classes. In order to that, this class generates each class for each request and each request parameters and each request response. Each class is stored in a hierarchical folder/sub-folder. The SOAP client is then abstracted and you only deal with objects representing the WSDL. It uses eZ Components, ezcPhpGenerator, in order to generate php files. Converts intensity text files to binary for fast subsetting
bint was written for the purpose of obtaining subsets of intensity data from genotyping assays. Either the X & Y intensities for creating cluster plots or Log R Ratio and B Allele Frequencies for CNV detection. Extracting the data for individual SNP/CNV markers or individual samples was slow grep/awk'ing the text files exported from the genotyping run (e.g. Illumina final report files). bint converts the text representation of the intensity float data to into a IEEE754 indexed binary file for rapid extraction of subsets of the data. In theory bint could be used for any large tables of float data. -

btrxml
Basic, Tiny, Reader for XML
A very basic, portable, tiny parser for XML, written in C under the zlib license. It is designed to be used in memory constrained environments (smartphones for example). The end result will be a "DOM-like" collection of memory. A lot of things were chopped away to deliver the very basic support for XML, and this project does not aim to become a fully compliant parser; keep it basic, stay basic. Part of the design goal is to jam all of this in to one .C file and one .H file while giving other developers a somewhat convenient API. Check the project website for more information about what btrxml is, does, won't do, example usage, and stuff like this. -

dhcp-gen is a perl script that was written by me and Trond Erik Dalho to simplify editing dhcpd.conf for adding static ip to computers and equipment on our school. It also made it easier to do manage the network by limiting some computers access to the local network only. Creating closed networks. And it also worked as a database over all our computers and equipment, making it easier to keep track of everything. All information about equipment is stored inside csv files which are comma separated. -

The signature and mime types lists are stored at simple user-friendly files. This file type detector supports a lot of formats (image, archive, text, documents, audio, video, fonts and others). It also includes Microsoft OLE compound file types. The detector's algorythm has special features to detect text file types like (HTML, XML, JSON, etc.) and text file UNICODE charsets by using their BOMs (Byte order marks).
