Locale Emulator
Yet another system region and language simulator
Locale Emulator is a tool similar to AppLocale and NTLEA, providing a simulation function that can make an application recognize your OS as in a language other than the real one. It is quite useful when you are trying to play country-specific games. Locale Emulator is compatible with the following systems, both 32 and 64-bit, Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Locale Emulator supports 32-bit executables running on both 32-bit or 64-bit systems. For example, if you are using 64-bit WinRAR, you will not see the context menu on a RAR file unless you swapped 64-bit WinRAR with the 32-bit version. Clone the repo using Git, install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 / 2017, open LocaleEmulator.sln, perform build action, clone and build the core libraries, and copy LoaderDll.dll and LocaleEmulator.dll from Locale-Emulator-Core to Locale-Emulator build folder. -

Smederevo, 05, august 2018 Long time ago, about 1986 I have become proud owner of eight bit computer ORAO based on MOS 6502 processor. It was first and for me the best home computer at that time. My whole knowledge of computer programming begins with that computer. Recently for some unknown reason I have become interested in old eight bit computers again. After short search on the Internet I have found emulator of my favorite computer. It literally emulates every peace of hardware installed in real computer. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orao_%28computer%29 Unfortunately programming on emulator is also not so easy as it was on real computer, considering today modern tools. There are some external tools that enables writing program code in external text processor, and converting it to document acceptable by emulator. So I have came to an idea to write a small and simple program that will enable easier programming and exporting program code to format recognizable by emulator. -

Sharpulator is a multithreaded, test-driven electronics emulator written in C# 4.0. It's initial focus will be on emulating gaming consoles, with the GameBoy as a starting point. It will be written using modern software development methodologies, with the TPL Dataflow library as a backbone. It will simulate hardware functionality at a low level without sacrificing performance. The end goal for this project is to allow the ability to simulate hardware by simply dropping common components onto a virtual integrated circuit. -

For instructions on how to use, see this file: https://sourceforge.net/projects/techsupportcmd/files/How%20To%20Use.pdf/download This fake command prompt can be used instead of the real windows command prompt in order to waste the tech support scammers time. It is based upon the windows 7 command prompt, but is not noticeably different from the command prompt in most other windows versions. Many commands commonly used by scammers, such as tree, netstat and powercfg are emulated in this, but they provide results that the scammer would not be expecting, for example, the tree command draws an ASCII tree, while the powercfg command comes back with no errors, no warnings and no informational - every time, without fail. Commands not included all come back with the usual error as displayed for invalid commands in the real command prompt, however other commands can be added. -

This fake run dialogue can be used instead of the real windows run dialogue in order to waste the tech support scammers time and confuse them. It is based upon the windows 7 run dialogue, but is not noticeably different from the run dialogue in most other windows versions when not side by side. Many commands commonly used by scammers, such as cmd, msconfig and eventvwr are handled by this, but they provide results that the scammer would not be expecting, for example, the eventvwr command will bring up a dialogue saying everything looks normal. cmd will bring up the command prompt, but this is great when used in combination with my fake command prompt, also available on sourceforge. Commands not included all come back with the usual error as displayed for invalid entries in the real run dialogue. -
