    OpenAPI Generator

    OpenAPI Generator

    OpenAPI Generator allows generation of API client libraries

    With 50+ client generators, you can easily generate code to interact with any server which exposes an OpenAPI document. Maintainers of APIs may also automatically generate and distribute clients as part of official SDKs. Each client supports different options and features, but all templates can be replaced with your own Mustache-based templates. Getting started with server development can be tough, especially if you're evaluating technologies. We can reduce the burden when you bring your own OpenAPI document. Some generators support Inversion of Control, allowing you to iterate on design via your OpenAPI document without worrying about blowing away your entire domain layer when you regenerate code. Ever wanted to iteratively design a MySQL database, but writing table declarations was too tedious? OpenAPI documents allow you to convert the metadata about your API into some other format.

    Optic

    Optic

    Generate, Diff, and Test OpenAPI Descriptions

    Vizualize API changes to improve the quality of reviews. Test API changes to ensure nothing bad slips through. OpenAPI diffs are difficult to read. Because these files contain references, small changes can have a large effect on your API. Linters can not check for backward compatibility or enforce versioning and deprecation policies. Optic adds a visual changelog to every Pull Request that makes it easy to see exactly what API changes have been proposed. Optic tests each set of API changes in CI, making it more powerful than a linter. Our built-in checks will help any team ship a more reliable API. OpenAPI diffs are very difficult to review, comprehend and give feedback on. Optic’s changelogs are easy to understand allowing anyone (even non-developers) to participate in review. Optic goes beyond linting OpenAPI, it lets you write test about each set of API changes. We also make it easy to share your API standards.

    Sandpack

    Sandpack

    A component toolkit for creating live-running code editing experiences

    Sandpack is a component toolkit for creating your own live running code editing experience powered by CodeSandbox. Sandpack uses CodeMirror under the hood, giving you all the basic capabilities of a code editor and syntax highlight. However, if you want to use your own editor framework, you can add that as a component too! Sandpack embeds the browser bundler that powers CodeSandbox and takes advantage of features like npm dependency support, hot module reloading, error overlaying, and caching. With Sandpack, you're always one click away from opening your code snippet in CodeSandbox. This way, you can easily share bug reports or examples behind a unique URL. Set the template prop to get started with Sandpack in a few lines of code. Each template contains all the files and dependencies needed to start a project right away. Tweak the UI to your liking using the options prop. Quickly toggle the appearance of built-in components.

    docToolchain

    docToolchain

    AsciiDoc Toolchain for technical Software Documentation

    docToolchain is a toolkit built around the β€œdocs as code” philosophy, designed to make writing, maintaining, and publishing technical documentation as smooth as software development itself. It provides a suite of scripts and integrations to generate documentation from AsciiDoc (and related formats), run automated checks, incorporate diagrams, and publish outputs in different formats (HTML, PDF, etc.). The framework encourages documentation and architecture artifacts to live alongside source code, versioned in the same repositories, so changes in code and docs can evolve together. It supports templates (such as the arc42 architecture template), reusable snippets, and modular documentation where different aspects (API docs, architecture, user guides) are composed. The toolchain also includes validation stages (e.g. sanity checks, broken link detection) to catch issues before publication.

    ADR Tools

    ADR Tools

    Command-line tools for working with Architecture Decision Records

    A command-line tool for working with a log of Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). ADRs are stored in a subdirectory of your project as Markdown files. The default directory is doc/adr, but you can specify the directory when you initialize the ADR log. Create a directory named doc/architecture/decisions containing the first ADR, which records that you are using ADRs to record architectural decisions and links to Michael Nygard's article on the subject. Create a new ADR file that is flagged as superceding ADR 9, and changes the status of ADR 9 to indicate that it is superceded by the new ADR. It then opens the new ADR in your editor of choice.

    C++ Standard Draft Sources

    C++ Standard Draft Sources

    C++ standards drafts

    These are the sources used to generate drafts of the C++ standard. These sources should not be considered an ISO publication, nor should documents generated from them unless officially adopted by the C++ working group (ISO/IEC JTC1/SC22/WG21). The current ISO C++ standard is officially known as ISO International Standard ISO/IEC 14882:2020(E) – Programming Language C++. The standard is not intended to teach how to use C++. Rather, it is an international treaty, a formal, legal, and sometimes mind-numbingly detailed technical document intended primarily for people writing C++ compilers and standard library implementations. ISO holds the copyright for all balloted and published versions of the C++ International Standard (IS) and related C++ Technical Specifications (TSes).

    Hugo Book Theme

    Hugo Book Theme

    Hugo documentation theme as simple as plain book

    Hugo documentation theme as simple as a plain book. By default, the theme will render pages from the content/docs section as a menu in a tree structure. You can set title and weight in the front matter of pages to adjust the order and titles in the menu. There are a few configuration options that you can add to your config.toml file. A simple blog is supported in the section posts. A blog is not the primary use case of this theme, so it has only minimal features. The theme supports Hugo's multilingual mode, just follow the configuration guide there. You can also tweak search indexing configuration per language in i18n folder. There are layout partials available for you to easily override components of the theme in layouts/partials/. There are a few features implemented as plugable scss styles. Usually these are features that don't make it to the core but can still be useful.
