Luminance HDR is a complete suite for HDR imaging workflow. It provides a wide range of functionalities, during both the fusion stage and the tonemapping stage. Its graphical user interface, based on Qt5, runs on a variety of platforms, such as Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X 10.9 and later and several Unix flavors (Linux, FreeBSD and others). Input images can be supplied in multiple formats, from JPEG to RAW files. In the same way, output can be saved in many different formats as well, from JPEG to TIFF (both 8 bit and 16 bit per channel), enabling all the power of your post processing tools.

NEW: Version 1.10.0 is out - Apple Silicon is now natively supported. dcpTool is a tool for editing DNG camera profiles (DCP files). dcpTool can convert DCP files to and from binary form to an editable XML form, and can also directly do a number of useful transformations to DCP files such as "untwisting" them.

YASW (Yet Another Scan Wizard) is an application used to correct images taken with a camera. A new version of the popular raw digital images manipulator ufraw. Forks from the version 0.23 of ufraw (that's why the first nufraw version is the 0.24). Nufraw offers the same features (gimp plugin, batch, ecc) and the same quality of ufraw in a brand new improved user interface.

NOTE: We are moving this project to GitHub! Digital photographs are not ideal. Of course, the better is your camera, the better the results will be, but in any case if you look carefully at shots taken even by the most expensive cameras equipped with the most expensive lenses you will see various artifacts. It is very hard to make ideal cameras, because there are a lot of factors that affect the final image quality, and at some point camera and lens designers have to trade one factor for another to achieve the optimal image quality, within the given design restrictions and budget. But we all want ideal shots, don't we? :) So that's what's lensfun is all about - rectifying the defects introduced by your photographic equipment.

The Picture Metadata Toolkit (PMT) provides a common object-oriented API to metadata associated with or stored in digital image files. PMT also allows metadata to be read or written in XML. Metadata definitions are expressed through XML Schema.

OpenExif is an object-oriented library for accessing Exif formated JPEG image files. The toolkit allows creating, reading, and modifying the metadata in the Exif file. It also provides means of getting and setting the main image and the thumbnail image.
