Deep Packet Inspection circumvention utility
This software designed to bypass Deep Packet Inspection systems found in many Internet Service Providers which block access to certain websites. It handles DPI connected using optical splitter or port mirroring (Passive DPI) which do not block any data but just replying faster than requested destination, and Active DPI connected in sequence. These scripts launch GoodbyeDPI in recommended mode with DNS resolver redirection to Yandex DNS on non-standard port (to prevent DNS poisoning). To check if your ISP's DPI could be circumvented, first make sure that your provider does not poison DNS answers by enabling "Secure DNS (DNS over HTTPS)" option in your browser. Most Passive DPI send HTTP 302 Redirect if you try to access blocked website over HTTP and TCP Reset in case of HTTPS, faster than destination website. Packets sent by DPI usually have IP Identification field equal to 0x0000 or 0x0001, as seen with Russian providers. -

NSwag is a Swagger/OpenAPI 2.0 and 3.0 toolchain for .NET, .NET Core, Web API, ASP.NET Core, TypeScript (jQuery, AngularJS, Angular 2+, Aurelia, KnockoutJS and more) and other platforms, written in C#. The OpenAPI/Swagger specification uses JSON and JSON Schema to describe a RESTful web API. The NSwag project provides tools to generate OpenAPI specifications from existing ASP.NET Web API controllers and client code from these OpenAPI specifications. The project combines the functionality of Swashbuckle (OpenAPI/Swagger generation) and AutoRest (client generation) in one toolchain (these two libs are not needed). This way a lot of incompatibilities can be avoided and features that are not well described by the OpenAPI specification or JSON Schema are better supported (e.g. inheritance, enum and reference handling). The NSwag project heavily uses NJsonSchema for .NET for JSON Schema handling and C#/TypeScript class/interface generation. -

PHP library generating PDF files from UTF-8 encoded HTML
mPDF is a PHP library that generates PDF files from UTF-8 encoded HTML. The original author, Ian Back, wrote mPDF to output PDF files ‘on-the-fly’ from his website, handling different languages. It is slower than the original scripts e.g. HTML2FPDF and produces larger files when using Unicode fonts, but support for CSS styles etc. and has been much enhanced. Supports almost all languages including RTL (Arabic and Hebrew), and CJK (Chinese-Japanese-Korean). Nested block-level elements (e.g. P, DIV) including margins, borders, padding, line height, background colors, etc. Right-to-left languages are supported, with automatic detection of RTL characters within a document. Transposes tables, lists, text justification, and table cell alignment, as well as a full-text reversal for RTL characters. Automatically detects non-RTL characters and displays these in the original order. -

It could be used for localizing, adding some features or support for custom platforms, analyzing applications and much more. The decode option on Apktool can be invoked either from d or decode. In order to run a rebuilt application. You must resign the application. Android documentation can help with this. As you probably know, Android apps utilize code and resources that are found on the Android OS itself. These are known as framework resources and Apktool relies on these to properly decode and build apks. -

Zstandard
Zstandard - Fast real-time compression algorithm
Zstandard is a fast compression algorithm, providing high compression ratios. It also offers a special mode for small data, called dictionary compression. The reference library offers a very wide range of speed / compression trade-off, and is backed by an extremely fast decoder (see benchmarks below). Zstandard library is provided as open source software using a BSD license. Its format is stable and published as IETF RFC 8478. The negative compression levels, specified with --fast=#, offer faster compression and decompression speed in exchange for some loss in compression ratio compared to level 1, as seen in the table above. Zstd can trade compression speed for stronger compression ratios. It is configurable by small increment. Decompression speed is preserved and remain roughly the same at all settings, a property shared by most LZ compression algorithms, such as zlib or lzma. -
