A repository for pre-built open source software, mostly libraries for MinGW. At the moment there are builds for Win32/MinGW32 and Linux. There are a few for Win64. More coming later.

FileRally is a launcher or dock for files. FileRally displays an always up-to-date virtual folder containing your most frequently used and most recently used files. The files you are most likely to need are at your fingertips without navigation, without searching, without settings changes, and without an app launcher. Setup is extremely simple. Just point to your files and go. See settings screen shots below and project web site. v1.4 is for 64-bit systems only. Use v1.2 with 32-bit systems.

A client plugin for the KDE window manager kwin that allows native usage of blackbox, openbox, and fluxbox themes inside of KDE.

The main idea behind tk_happy is to allow a fully "wired" Tkinter application to be quickly created (Tkinter is the python interface to Tk). The users main responsibility is to add logic to the Tkinter framework created by tk_happy.

A Java desktop application framework developed for the USDOT Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and put in the Public Domain by the FHWA. This framework is used in the IHSDM (www.ihsdm.org) and SafetyAnalyst (www.safetyanalyst.org) software.

CompICC moved house to https://github.com/compiz-reloaded/compicc The Compiz ICC colour server, or short compicc, lets you colour manage your whole desktop at once and in hardware. Play movies, watch images on wide or narrow gamut displays. Each connected monitor is colour corrected for its own.

OpenGL Screen Saver for Windows, featuring an animated, self-scrambling 3x3x3 cube puzzle. Tested on WIndows Vista and Windows 7.

Cubes is yet another OpenGL screen saver. The effect is not unlike psychedelic cubist guts twisting and churning on-screen. Screen savers are always fun, for about a minute and a half.

Gtk language binding for Erlang with Glade/Gnome support.

OpenExcel is a command line utility program that provides the ability to open one or multiple Excel files, wait a specified number of seconds, and then close the workbooks. An alternative option is to use TASKKILL, however that approach closes all instances of Excel. The advantage of OpenExcel is that it only closes the specific workbooks. OpenExcel is useful for Excel files that implement VBA scripts with the events Workbook_Open and Workbook_BeforeClose. For example, the Workbook_Open event may use a third party add-on to download data. The Workbook_BeforeClose event saves the downloaded data values (not formulas) to a separate file. The data download may take minutes to complete. However, trying to use VBA to perform the wait results in blocking the download operation. Example: OpenExcel.exe -File:c:\temp\data.xls -Visible -CloseSeconds:15 -ShowCountDown Note: the VBA code Application.OnTime Now + TimeValue("00:00:59"), "MethodName" may be an alternative solution.
