DockStream is a docking wrapper providing access to a collection of ligand embedders and docking backends. Docking execution and post hoc analysis can be automated via the benchmarking and analysis workflow. The flexilibity to specifiy a large variety of docking configurations allows tailored protocols for diverse end applications. DockStream can also parallelize docking across CPU cores, increasing throughput. DockStream is integrated with the de novo design platform, REINVENT, allowing one to incorporate docking into the generative process, thus providing the agent with 3D structural information.

Grid 4 has the ability to start Docker containers on-demand, this means that it starts a Docker container in the background for each new session request, the test gets executed there, and when the test completes, the container gets thrown away. This execution mode can be used either in the Standalone or Node roles. The "dynamic" execution mode needs to be told what Docker images to use when the containers get started. Additionally, the Grid needs to know the URI of the Docker daemon. If you want to scale by distributing and running tests on several machines and manage multiple environments from a central point, making it easy to run the tests against a vast combination of browsers/OS, then you want to use Selenium Grid. It is possible to start a Selenium Grid with all its components apart. For simplicity, only an example with docker-compose will be provided. Save the file locally, and check the execution instructions on top of it.

Among all people who directly access Douban, the most common and consistent usage is around ratings, comments, discoveries, and discussions around movies, TV, books, records, and events (what we call "items"). We will use the ratings and comments that are synchronized with the website as a starting point and basis to reconstruct the discovery and discussion around personal interests on the mobile phone. Douban is never a single website, and the usage of Douban is naturally different. Douban is used to obtain information, but whether the acquisition of information is based on entries and algorithms, or based on neighbors and people, this issue has probably remained unresolved in the multiple revisions of Douban. Douban Broadcasting has been one of the few Android Design applications in China a few years ago. Actively express the characteristics of Douban, such as broadcasting, neighbors, Douyou, etc.

Draper adds an object-oriented layer of presentation logic to your Rails application. Without Draper, this functionality might have been tangled up in procedural helpers or adding bulk to your models. With Draper decorators, you can wrap your models with presentation-related logic to organize and test this layer of your app much more effectively. Imagine your application has an Article model. With Draper, you'd create a corresponding ArticleDecorator. The decorator wraps the model, and deals only with presentational concerns. In the controller, you decorate the article before handing it off to the view. In the view, you can use the decorator in exactly the same way as you would have used the model. But whenever you start needing logic in the view or start thinking about a helper method, you can implement a method on the decorator instead.
