The General Mission Analysis Tool (GMAT) is an open-source tool for space mission design and navigation. GMAT is developed by a team of NASA, private industry, and public and private contributors. The GMAT development team is pleased to announce the release of GMAT version R2025a. OpenFace is an advanced facial behavior analysis toolkit intended for computer vision and machine learning researchers, those in the affective computing community, and those who are simply interested in creating interactive applications based on facial behavior analysis. The OpenFace toolkit is capable of performing several complex facial analysis tasks, including facial landmark detection, eye-gaze estimation, head pose estimation and facial action unit recognition. OpenFace is able to deliver state-of-the-art results in all of these mentioned tasks. OpenFace is available for Windows, Ubuntu and macOS installations. It is capable of real-time performance and does not need to run on any specialist hardware, a simple webcam will suffice.

Reconstruction and Visualization from a Single Projection (ReViSP) tool: a 3D volume rendering method we developed to reconstruct the 3D shape of multicellular spheroids, besides estimating the volume by counting the voxels (3D pixels) fully included in the 3D surface. ReViSP is written in MATLAB (The MathWorks, Inc., Massachusetts, USA) and the source code is freely provided. The MATLAB m.file will export data contained within a 3-D COMSOL mph file to a datafile in the format of an ascii TECPLOT file. The underlying engine for this export is the COMSOL - "LiveLink for MATLAB" module, with Matlab as the manager for the file import and export.

ATLAS mPBPK is a MATLAb-based tool for modeling and Simulation of minimal Physiology Based Pharmacokinetic (mPBPK) models of small and large molecules. DDMaker perform local density analysis and generates pseudocolor maps of the spatial distribution of imaged cellular structures in 2D images, starting from either RGB color, grey level or binary images. It contains functions to process and visualize ERP/MRI data and associated electrode positions.

This very configurable script allows you to plot a 3D (MNI space) visualisation of a brain graph, with edges represented by cylinders and vertices represented by spheres. To aid orientation, a cortical mesh can be added, as can convex hull outlines. The colouring and sizing scheme is fully configurable for both edges and vertices.
