Open Source Tcl Data Management Systems for Mac

PLplot is a cross-platform, scientific graphics plotting library that supports math symbols and human languages (via UTF-8 user input strings); plot capabilities for multiple non-interactive plot file formats and in multiple interactive environments; and bindings for multiple computer languages.

SaVi - simulate Starlink, Iridium, Globalstar, O3b, GPS, Galileo and other satellite constellations, modify them, or design your own. Requires Tcl/Tk and Unix libraries; 3D viewing option requires Geomview running on X Window.

OzGIS is an extensive mapping system for the analysis and display of geographically referenced data. Map data are downloaded from Census bureaux and map agencies or extracted from your own databases. The system can be used to to support management decisions associated with, for example, government planning, marketing, sales, site and personnel location, advertising and research. Systems for Windows, Mac and Ubuntu, source code, sample data files and manuals are included. DOWNLOAD to your Downloads directory and unzip to Downloads/OzGIS ; see the Files tab for installation instructions. See the installation manual or "OzGIS Installation" Youtube video for help with getting started. I am unable to show OzGIS to you, so suggest that you search for "OzGIS lloyd" on Youtube for demonstration videos or "OzGIS" on Pinterest for example maps. Tkcanvplot is a plotting extension for Tk canvas. Currently it supports plotting of XY data onto a viewport, which is created on a Tk canvas. This makes it easy to add other canvas items, such as text, arcs or lines independently.
