Symfony PropertyInfo is a component that extracts information about the properties of PHP classes, such as their names, types, visibility, and documentation. It is particularly useful in scenarios like serialization, form generation, and validation, where understanding the structure of an object is essential. PropertyInfo can fetch data from PHPDoc annotations, reflection, and type hints, offering flexible integration with Symfony and other systems.

PHPlot is a PHP graphics class for creating charts and plots. It works with PHP5 and the PHP GD extension to produce PNG, GIF, or JPEG images. TrueType fonts (TTF) are optional, or built-in GD fonts can be used. The available plot types include: area, bars, line/points, lines, pie, points, squared, stacked-bars, and thin bar-line. Labels, tick marks, plot legend, and X/Y axes and more are all configurable. Images can be imported as a background, multiple graphs can be drawn on one image, and images can be saved to disk or returned to a browser.

DRINKS Toolkit is a collection of web-based widget, focused in the first release, to realize an online strumentation. Drinks was born to allow users to easily realize custom dashboards without any programming knowledge, infact, you can use your instrument on a webpage simply using HTML tags, or using BarMan IDE to create your applications in a click. DRINKS Toolkit (hardware and software) are released as Open Source project.

The article explains the design and the characteristics of a new open source content aggregation system. Among the features of the program, stands out a new processing engine of syndication channels, monitoring capability of information recovery in real time, the possibilities of the configuration of aggregator behavior, automatic classification of contents and new models for representation of information from relational interactive maps. On the other hand, the aggregation program, which named AXYZ, is designed to manage thousands of syndication channels of RSS format. Furthermore it also provides statistics that can be used to study the production of any producer subject and the impact of the information that published in other sources. The result that has been obtained in the research, allow to create modules capable of compare the relationship between different news or information from different sources, their degree of influence and their detection by the patterns.

CAGE is prominently used in both the FANTOM and ENCODE project. MOIRAI is a compact yet flexible workflow system designed to carry out the main steps in data processing and analysis of CAGE data. MOIRAI has a graphical interface allowing wet-lab researchers to create, modify and run analysis workflows. Embedded within the workflows are graphical quality control indicators allowing users assess data quality and to quickly spot potential problems. MOIRAI package comes with three main workflows allowing users to map, annotate and perform an expression analysis over multiple samples.
