The General Mission Analysis Tool (GMAT) is an open-source tool for space mission design and navigation. GMAT is developed by a team of NASA, private industry, and public and private contributors. The GMAT development team is pleased to announce the release of GMAT version R2025a. OpenFace is an advanced facial behavior analysis toolkit intended for computer vision and machine learning researchers, those in the affective computing community, and those who are simply interested in creating interactive applications based on facial behavior analysis. The OpenFace toolkit is capable of performing several complex facial analysis tasks, including facial landmark detection, eye-gaze estimation, head pose estimation and facial action unit recognition. OpenFace is able to deliver state-of-the-art results in all of these mentioned tasks. OpenFace is available for Windows, Ubuntu and macOS installations. It is capable of real-time performance and does not need to run on any specialist hardware, a simple webcam will suffice.

MATLAB toolbox for optimization modeling.

hctsa is a Matlab software package for running highly comparative time-series analysis. It extracts thousands of time-series features from a collection of univariate time series and includes a range of tools for visualizing and analyzing the resulting time-series feature matrix.

ExpSuite is a software framework for applications to perform psychoacoustical experiments. ExpSuite allows acoustic and electric stimulation for normal hearing and cochlear implant listeners, respectively.

LabPlot is a FREE, open source and cross-platform Data Visualization and Analysis software accessible to everyone.

Eventer is a programme designed for the detection of spontaneous synaptic events measured by electrophysiology or imaging. The software combines deconvolution for detection, and variable length template matching approaches for screening out false positive events. Eventer also includes a machine learning-based approach allowing users to train a model to implement their ‘expert’ selection criteria across data sets without bias. Sharing models allows users to implement consistent analysis procedures. The software is coded in MATLAB, but has been compiled as standalone applications for Windows, Mac and Linux. ATLAS mPBPK is a MATLAb-based tool for modeling and Simulation of minimal Physiology Based Pharmacokinetic (mPBPK) models of small and large molecules. The tool enables the users to perform: i) PK data visualization, ii) simulation, iii) parameter optimization, and iv) local sensitivity analysis (SA) of mPBPK models in a simple and efficient manner.

While resting-state fMRI is drawing more and more attention, there has not been a software for its data analysis. Based on MATLAB, we developed a package named REST. Currently REST has three main functions: function connectivity, ReHo and ALFF.

NF2FF is a MATLAB script, which implements a near field to far field transformation for near field antenna measurement setups.

Reconstruction and Visualization from a Single Projection (ReViSP) tool: a 3D volume rendering method we developed to reconstruct the 3D shape of multicellular spheroids, besides estimating the volume by counting the voxels (3D pixels) fully included in the 3D surface. ReViSP is written in MATLAB (The MathWorks, Inc., Massachusetts, USA) and the source code is freely provided.
